If you want a pest company that really cares about their customer service through their employees dedication it is McCauley and the tech you need to ask for is Ted. He takes the time with his customers to be sure they understand exactly what he is doing to serve your home. I left a previous company who did not have employees like Ted and am glad I switched. He takes care of not only pests but my tree shots to avoid spring pests. My neighbors are asking me for Ted's contact info so they too can switch to Ted at McCauley!
