Well it was my initial service appointment. I felt listened to. There was a trainee who came along. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous. Right now I don’t see any more bugs. So far so good…looking forward to doing business with Orkin.
As a new customer, I had a great first experience with Orkin. My technician, William, was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took the time to treat both the inside and outside of my home, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor gave me confidence that the job was done right.
The initial service is a bit pricey, but I understand that the first visit is typically the most comprehensive. Based on the quality of William’s work and the overall experience, I feel it was worth it. I’m looking forward to seeing the results and continuing with the service....read full review
