“Reviewing a mortuary is not something I would expect to be doing but after my miscarriage we reached out to different places to see who could help us with our baby. Lots of places referred us to White Emerson and when we contacted them, they were very caring and compassionate from the beginning. They were kind and didn't rush us through any of the processes. “Going through the loss of a family member is never easy. Mario, at Funeraria Latino Americana in Anaheim went above and beyond with his service. From the first time I called asking for information, I was treated with kindness and respect. Mario was patient as my family worked through the difficult decisions and helped guide us through the entire process of transferring my uncle's remains to Mexico. Mario was very helpful with making sure every document was filled in correctly and managing paperwork with the Mexican consulate to make sure the transfer was as smooth as possible. In addition to their excellent service, the funeral home itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and comforting environment for our loved one's final farewell. Mario was great at providing flight information and had great communication with the funeral home in Mexico who would be receiving my uncle's remains.
