Lupe did an excellent outstanding job also Diego kept me informed amatter of fact the office area in the cemetery itself is well maintained the staff and maintenance crew Funeral Directors all work together to make this a pleasant experience even though we are saying goodbye to a loved one good job you guys and girls???????Restrooms: The restroom was clean and operable

This is a very long overdue review, of Melrose Abby Memorial Park and Mortuary. In 1982 my great aunt passed away I was 12, I remembered that everything went smoothly everybody was respectful and kind to us. Then in 1990, my son had passed and I was a very young mother, I did not know what to do. I was treated with respect and kindness from the person that answered the phone to the gentleman that allowed me to dress my baby for the last time. The service was beautiful and prefect. Fast forward to March 2022 my grandmother passed away, we contacted Melrose Abby and Diego Aguilera helped us with all the preparations. The loss of a loved one is almost always challenging for various reasons. However, I want to Thank Abby and the rest of the staff at Melrose Abbey for treating my family and I, so well when we had to lay our mother to rest. Their caring ways towards us in such a difficult time will always be appreciated.
