My dad was admitted to hospice at the beginning of 2025 and he wanted to start with funeral pre-planning. I did not even know where to begin and what to do. First I want to say thank you so much to Susie and the whole staff at portal of peace. I had been doing all the decisions for my mother’s care and final arrangements and I was lost and didn’t know where to start or how the process goes. Since the first time I called I talked to Susie and she was not only informative she was patient on all my questions. Anytime I called she answered or replied she would get back to me shortly (which she did) . She is very transparent about cost and different options available. Portal of peace pricing is very reasonable and through this time you want this company to help you with your loved one . I would strongly recommend them !!!
