I want to express my deepest gratitude to Macauley and Wallace, and especially to Elizabeth Roberts, for the exceptional care and support during an incredibly challenging time. After losing my brother, I had to travel from Virginia to California to arrange his transfer back home for burial. Elizabeth was truly phenomenal—professional, caring, and full of empathy. They did a great job. My aunt recently died and my family had no idea where to get started or what the heck to do. Steve and Sky helped us 100% along the way.
