I had a very positive experience with McAulay & Wallace Mortuary during a very difficult time for my family. Zachary Bassell was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. He is such a genuinely nice person and showed so much empathy and compassion during a very emotional time. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything much easier for me to handle.
