Tom was very candid and very accommodating. He did not do any sales talk. Instead suggested ways to save money and made us realize what's more important and where to focus our budget more. He answered all our questions and provided more information. And when the manufacturer was not able to deliver a customization we wanted, Tom stepped in and did the customization himself.
Thank You Tom for making this as smooth as possible. Recommend hun super nice and outgoing and made sure we were happy the whole time and kept us updated with what was happening all along! He is not pushy at all and makes you feel really welcoming! Great customer service! Thank you again.
