From the first time I called asking for information, I was treated with kindness and respect. Mario was patient as my family worked through the difficult decisions and helped guide us through the entire process of transferring my uncle's remains to Mexico. Mario was very helpful with making sure every document was filled in correctly and managing paperwork with the Mexican consulate to make sure the transfer was as smooth as possible. In addition to their excellent service, the funeral home itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and comforting environment for our loved one's final farewell. Mario was great at providing flight information and had great communication with the funeral home in Mexico who would be receiving my uncle's remains. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and attention we received from Funeraria Latino Americana. “Amazing from beginning to end. My mother expressed how professional and genuinely caring this team was when she and my uncle were looking for a funeral home. She had found them from our church Sunday notice and they were responsive and very detail oriented.Emotions are very difficult to navigate when you lose someone and I took the role of communicating my mothers wishes to the staff on the viewing and the woman who was with us through it all was phenomenal. I am grateful that they were able to care for all our needs during our difficult loss.We had the same person throughout the viewing, church service, and the funeral at the cemetery. She was very respectful and was well organized to get everything done that was needed.“
