Memory Garden Memorial Park and Mortuary

As soon as you enter there is a sign that stated no loud music. Yet they have loud band music playing. What a disgrace came to have a peaceful day with mom not happening. Wish Memory Garden did what there sign says.

At my mom's graveside ceremony, they had a backhoe excavator parked about 10 feet behind her grave in Heritage Court's courtyard.

I noticed a screw missing from the plate with the date on it, reported four months ago. They said it would be fixed quickly. Still missing two months later. Reported it again. A month later on Memorial Day, it was still missing and the number plate is lose... the grass around her headstone and in the courtyard looked like it hadn't been trimmed in a couple weeks, and that was on Memorial Day when most people visit, and the park should look its best.

Our dear Auntie Annie had her service at Memory Gardens in Brea last week. Our director who assisted us through the entire process was so kind, understanding and helpful. Krissy Benson cares about the families and responds to their needs. I highly recommend.
