“I contacted Olive Tree Mortuary after my father passed away several weeks ago. My father had selected them after they cared for another member of our family in 2019. At that time, they treated our loved one with exceptional dignity, compassion, and respect. They were professional, punctual, and handled every detail with care.

They did not disappoint the second time. Stacy, the owner and funeral director, met with me just a few hours after I called, despite having a full schedule that day, and arranged for my father's service the very next day. She and her staff made the entire process smooth during an incredibly difficult time.

Their fees were very reasonable and represented excellent value. I especially appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling on caskets, flowers, or other services. Their focus was on honoring my father and supporting our family.

The gentlemen who came to pick him up were very respectful and professional, as was everyone else who helped explain the process and time it would take to have his remains cremated and ready for pick up. They were all very clear about the process and pricing, and while they told me about their various offerings, there was no pressure to upsell me on anything. “Marcera Crematory is located in a light industry neighborhood. With nearly no parking. I managed to find 1 open spot, 3 doors down, had to parallel park between 2 parked cars.
The Crematory has very limited signage, drove by it twice. Ring the doorbell for assess. I was there for the pickup of my adult Daughters remains. I only interacted with 2 employs, both were friendly and helpful.
At my request, they even transferred the remains from the urn that we originally ordered to the urn my wife had chosen later, that I had brought with me. If the need should arise, I would use their services again. But then, I am an industrial type person and am comfortable in an industrial environment. More white collar type persons may be put out by the industrial environment.“

“I highly recommend the Gardens Crematory. Their prices are very reasonable, but what truly sets them apart is their exceptional service. Bailey handled my father’s cremation, which was a complicated process due to some delays with the coroner’s office. Throughout it all, she remained calm, confident, and kept me updated almost daily, which provided so much reassurance during a difficult time.
