“FairHaven has been a place of solace and peace during some of the most challenging times in my life. Fortunately They consider all as Family.
We have 5 generations in St. Johns section but most of the dozen other family members are in primary cemetery area ( mine included).
The silence allows for immense reflection.

Most recent trip was to memorialize passing of Sister aged 39 from brain tumor. Was with Father and when we went to get flowers from inhouse always open during business hours flowers. We described the type of person She was and they selected and even added more Sunflowers ?

On-site Chapel is very pleasing and offers many settings. Staff is very helpful with final planning. Recently went thru and selected my own plot placement next to my Sisters due to CML Luekiema Cancer diagnosis.
They were very empathetic and genuine.
Very respectful folks and a lovely reverent place to continue loving those we have lost. Discovered that the financial side of things was a very pleasant surprise while going through recent selection process for my desired spot under tree with bench surrounded by dozens of Family members. Sister, Grandparents, Cousins, Aunts & Uncles...We will all be together again in a wonderful atmosphere.

“When you come to Olive Lawn looking for a place to bury your loved one like our family did, my youngest brother, you will feel you have found the perfect place. It just feels right. We as a family visited several other cemeteries, but when we all walked the grounds of this special place, something felt right for us to lay him to rest here. Was it the quiet peacefulness, simple beauty of the trees whispering in the light breeze, the manicured lawns? None of us could figure it out. Once we sat down and began to speak to the gentleman Seth, at the office, we finally understood what it was. This beautiful cemetery, has been lovingly cared for by the hands of the same family, for many many generations. It was the love and care my brother was going to receive we all could feel, that was present, here in this place. So, someday, if your loved one needs a place to lay their head, this would be a wonderful home for them.

“My dad was admitted to hospice at the beginning of 2025 and he wanted to start with funeral pre-planning. I did not even know where to begin and what to do. Susie once again stepped up to the game and walked us through all the necessary steps. She made a last minute accomodation for our family to dress our father in a proper attire. The cremation service was cozy, simple, and well organized as exactly how my dad would have wanted. The monk was able to perform praying service before the official cremation. My dad was treated with dignity and respect that he deserved. I rarely write reviews for any business, but I am taking the time out to write one today.
