The Gardens Crematory

I wish I had known this place was shady as hell. My brother's remains have been at this place for over a month now and the mortuary is no big help in getting information. All they keep saying is "It's at the discretion of the crematory when they cremate a loved ones remains". I'm upset and angry that they are disrespecting the remains of my brother. I don't know how they preserve the body from decaying but basically his remains have been desecrated and disrespected. Shame on this place for caring so little about the grief they are inflicting on families

This company has been negligent with a Fraudulent guy name Micheal Anthony Brass they had my Aunts body for more that 3 months and still hasn’t gave my family a public apology or nothing my Aunt haven’t had a memorial til this date my family took a big loss

My friends mother passed away in 2014. Today, she received a call from the funeral home who contracted Gardens crematory to cremate her mother. The reason for the call is because the person in the box is not her mother. The woman whose remains she was given, the family called the funeral home to say that the woman in the box is not their mother. Both parties were grieving and until today neither questioned the identity of the remains as the outer box had the correct name but the inner box is labeled with each other's mother's name.
