I had an initial consult with John and explained to him that my main issue was energy efficiency and solutions to cool my house down with a unique structure, no attic space, and exposed wood beams inside. John suggested I replace my existing skylights with a version that can open to decompress the heat. Additionally, he suggested a TPO cool roof system that provides for additional deflection of heat. I must say, the results have been great. The house is significantly cooler, by about 7 degrees. And the roof and skylights look beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!“

“Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up. Kendall did a final review with us, reminded us of the nice warranties we had and that we had his phone number if anything came up. “Great Job!! We had a roof leak in three (3) areas of our home due improper roof installation. We had three (3) quotes for tile lift and relay reroof process. A co-worker of mine recommended me to get a quote from Martin Roofing Co. because of the great job they did at his home. Nestor Chavez (project manager) went to our home asses our roofing needs, and he sent as an estimate and specifying the detailed scope of work on what needs to be done. The estimate was right on the spot plus additional repairs - which Nestor fully discussed it to me first what needs to be done and the cost of repair. He is very thorough. And shout out to his whole team who did a very good job!! They are very clean. Every day before they leave, they clean the whole area making sure that all related debris are clean. “We used Marshall Roofing to strip three old layers of shingles off our roof and apply a new layer in preparation for Stellar Solar to install solar panels. The guys worked 14 hrs straight over two days just to get down to bare wood. On the third day they completed the job. Outstanding quality and they reinstalled our Solatubes,vents,updated vents etc. Great workers who worked tirelessly and quietly and cleaned up afterward. I recommend them highly.“
