This place was absolutely awesome! They were fast to answer the phone, quick to get me the help and service I needed and showed up on time with good attitudes ready to complete the work that I had for them. Awesome work from Attic Construction on rodent proofing my attic and replacing old, deteriorating insulation. Nick was my rep and did an excellent job communicating problem areas inspecting the attic and showing pictures of all areas work would be done. Tony, Luis, and Ernesto came out to perform the work and were very professional, friendly, and communicative on progress and issues they saw / fixed. I've already noticed the new insulation doing a better job, and seeing all the holes they filled to rodent proof my attic has given me a lot of peace of mind!
I originally contacted Attic Construction about having the floor of my attic finished so that I could have a place to store extra boxes. Upon inspection I was informed that all of my insulation should be replaced as it was very old and not able to do it's job well due to compression over time. I was given a quote on how much it would be to remove all the old insulation and replace it with more updated materials. Though the quote was a lot more than what I was expecting given what I had initially wanted done, I decided it was a good time to go forward with having everything replaced. The job took two days and the crew did a great job cleaning everything up. I am very happy with the service provided. I ended up with great new insulation for my attic, improved rodent protection, vent repairs, installation of fans for improved air flow, and a nice area to store all my holiday decor boxes.
