We are very impressed with the work done on our new roof. Everything ran smoothly and timely. Work crews were very courteous. Jaime Chavez is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. From the time of the estimate to completion of roof he was always available to answer questions I had. I praise him for his diligence and commitment to the project. Chavez Roofing Services was as good as I’ve heard from reviews on Google, BBB, and NextDoor. They had recently done a few houses in my neighborhood so I could see in person the high quality of their work before choosing them to replace our aging roof. The costs were reasonable, communication was prompt, and the crew was punctual, hard working and friendly. All questions were answered almost immediately, and every day I was texted photos of each step of the process. We contracted Chavez Roofing to replace our Torch-Down Roof and honestly, we couldn't have made a better decision.The entire crew was professional and friendly and were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I found them to be honest and up front in what the Roofing Project was going to cost, as well as ensuring we always knew and understood what materials needed to be replaced through numerous pictures via text and email.The days my Roofing project happened were scorching hot in El Cajon, but the crew still worked just as hard as if it was a cooler day (I just hope they took some much needed breaks off the roof to cool down).
