My 1st appt with Margo was for massage after a week of backpacking in Yosemite. I was super tight from head to toe, there was a hamstring issue going on, and I am training for another 6-day endurance running eventin 2 weeks. She was able to see me the same day I got her contact info, and the relief she brought with a 75 minute massage was amazing. 2 days later I went back for craniosacral and somatoemotional therapy, and the peace it brought to body, mind, and spirit is beautiful. I highly recommend Margo - she goes after the source of the problems, not just the symptoms.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. They really seem to take pride in what they’re doing, and my massage therapist, Brandy, really listened to the areas that needed attention and customized the session perfectly. I left feeling relaxed and with significantly less tension in my neck and shoulders. The facility was clean, calming, and had a great atmosphere. Fortunately, we found Altitudes Massage & Spa very close. I am so glad we did because my wife came in with neck pain. By the end of the massage there was no more pain, she was completely relaxed, and so happy about how great the massage was.

We visited this store with a school group. While every girl found something she loved, there was a lot of confusion of individual purchasing and purchase MISTAKES. The gracious sisters at Del Lago patiently looked after each student's needs, and everyone left happy. We really appreciated how they accommodated us and made our 'retail therapy' outing so enjoyable!

I can’t say enough good things about Kenny's Painting Service. They came highly recommended by my neighbor, and they absolutely lived up to (and exceeded) that referral. From start to finish, they were true professionals in every aspect of the job.
They meticulously sanded my entire cabin and deck, filled cracks with acrylic sealant, applied primer followed by two full coats of paint, and finished by staining the wood deck and all wood finishings with multiple coats. The attention to detail was outstanding.

Gilligan has done several jobs large and small at my cabin in Sugarloaf. They replaced my roof and refinished our deck, and replaced some broken windows, and I've been super happy with all the work. They show up on time, properly protect the home, and clean up when they're done. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worth every penny! My 15.5 year old daughter stated this course as soon as she got her permit. She felt completely safe with the driver. He was kind, patient & very instructed material that worked for her. She even said “Mom it’s easier to drive with him than you.” I would definitely recommend this course to anyone!!

Let me start by saying I’ve been getting acrylics for almost a year now, Maddie my nail artist pointed out the damage from the services I had in the past and made an effort to bring my nails back to health with a unique method of using builder gel on top of my natural nails, and they are nearly identical to acrylic nails. Maddie removed all of the past residue, thoroughly cleaned them, and protected them with a builder gel. She also used a really unique “cat eye” technique on my nails and they are so pretty and shimmery! The owner Cindy was so kind and offered us water bottles during our appointment.
The atmosphere is very welcoming, and I liked the music too!
If you want decent pricing, this is the place. Affordable and higher quality than most services I’ve had in the past!! Will definitely be coming back ❤️
I tell everyone I know to visit Dr. Biscotti and his team at Big Bear Bodyworks. I was dealing with long-term concussion symptoms with no clear cause—MRI was fine, etc.—but I spent most days in a fog. Dr. Biscotti was the first clinician I met who actually listened to me and suggested an adjustment. It was a night-and-day difference for me! I train jiu jitsu at Fight Syndicate Big Bear, so being able to move comfortably is a big deal. My monthly adjustments are a huge part of my recovery practice. I also appreciate Dr. Biscotti's approach to overall care for athletes—getting a massage (big kudos to Katie and April!) and then getting adjusted is truly the way to go.

Jake is the best hair cutter that has ever had the honour of putting their scissors to my head. I walked in, as a visitor from Australia, and felt that l left as a good mate of Jake's. He made me look good, and his knowledge of world events made for great conversation. And then, his shop os decked put with some amazing artefacts. The owner’s son helped us with the maturity of an adult. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave us the perfect advice on which sticks—thicker or thinner—to pick from the pile. He even helped us load them into our car boot. Our kids were so impressed. The price is very reasonable—$34 for two nights’ worth of firewood is a fair price. I definitely recommend this place! Congratulations to this wonderful family for raising kids who truly value the family business and treat people with such respect and kindness.

Bear Valley Locksmith really came through for me today. Recently I lost my car key to a 2004 Subaru RS Impreza, and it being a 22 year old car I thought “how am I going to get a new key for this?” Sure enough, Francisco came to the rescue and made a key on the spot, even gave me a spare key just in case it happened again.
