The high-level quality and quick service is the first thing I want to mention. Alongside the willingness for open communication helps make the process stress-free. Furthermore, the interface for the resources needed to access the materials was easy to use for many users. The actual inspection was very thorough and outlined clearly in the report. This made the home-buying process less stressful and more enjoyable as we learned about the house.

As the others have stated on here, Highlander Inspections surprised us with how thorough and detailed the inspection report was. Worth every penny, as I'm sure it will save us a great deal in using his documentation to resolve all the issues that might cause long term damage and also helping us secure credits for closing. 100% recommend, recommend, recommend!

I never met Loch, but the report was very thorough with lots of pictures and he was able to answer any questions I had after I reviewed the report. I would definitely recommend Highlander Inspections.
