I'm very satisfied with the service from Haus of Floor Decor. We had slate laid in one bedroom and replaced the carpeting in the rest of the cabin. Jose and his crew did great work and Jonell is a great communicator, both with me and my contractor. Highly recommended!

We replaced all of the floors in our home with the Haus of Floor Decor. They have a great selection of natural wood, engineered wood, laminate, and vinyl planks. They were really easy to work with, communicated well, and offered a fair price. Project was done on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier (they did an especially good job on our stairs).

So, trying to get any work done in Big Bear is not always easy, throw in Covid, and you might as well tie your hands behind your back and jump into the Lake. That being said, Haus of Floor Decor did it! We had tried many other flooring shops, all without any result or apparent interest. Jonell sent a measuring man the next day, helped us find available flooring and once chosen, she said she could have it installed by the month's end! WHAT???Yep! Within one month our laundry room, and two downstairs bathrooms had new beautiful floors. We have no complaints, just compliments. We highly recommend this shop.
