This was my first time visiting Elevations, even though I’ve been a longtime Big Bear resident. For some reason, I always felt I needed to go off the mountain for these kinds of services, but not anymore. The facility is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. Evelyn was fantastic. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, worked within my budget, and created the perfect treatment plan for me. I felt comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Outstanding center with enthusiastic and receptive team. I had a bout of altitude sickness and they immediately assisted me with oxygen therapy and an IV. 10/10 would recommend and will be going again when in the area.
