Very impressed with the customer service! I called AAA to get a tow down the mountain from Serrano Campground and A Performance saved the day! The driver (I think his name was Ben) turned an unfortunate event into a pleasant experience! He explained everything on the truck to my little kids who were so excited. The hour and half drive went by rather quickly with good conversation. Highly recommend their services!
Kevin, one of the employees, went out of his way to help us out when we were stuck. We were off road and one of my family members locked their keys in their truck. Kevin got it out in no time.
I spoke to the owner, Corey, and he's very supportive of his staff, and looks out for the best interest of people, especially dealing with car troubles.
