Multiple check ins were made to ensure proper pressure was being used. All in all, an easy and wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend if staying in the Big Bear area!“

“Chada is wonderful! I recommend the spa side. Chada is the sweetest and highly professional! I do not feel the same about the salon side. Marilyn does okay, and I'm sure many are happy with her, but not for me. Her prices are ridiculous! Especially since I had to have another hairdresser redo my hair for a special event a week later. 2 stars for Marilyn, when you 5, that's for Chada!“
