I called for inquiries regarding a Y000 Tri Point Driver because I’m performing an DYI repair on my iPhone 14 Pro Max Battery & Screen, and JT Tek willingly offered to give me the part at no cost. Granted this part runs a few dollars to about $15 dollars, that is a very kind gesture. Now that is a business. Incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly. Thanks so much JT Tek, you’re a true help.

JT is absolutely the best! I was visiting Big Bear Lake with my teenage son and he accidentally dropped and broke his iphone X within 10 minutes of our arrival. I saw all the wonderful reviews and was hopeful he could
repair it. JT was amazing and fixed it within an hour! He took great care making it look brand new. When I say he literally saved the day and our vacation I truly mean it. My son gives him 5 stars as well!
