“Sunshine did an amazing job replacing my rain gutters. Since my roof is slate, all the other rain gutter vendors were hesitant to the take the job. However, Sunshine was able to do the job without breaking a single tile. They were also thoughtful about what they replaced, by leaving some fascia boards and downspouts in place, that were still fine. As a consequence, the project cost was lower than other leading companies. Sunshine has LeafBlaster gutter guards that are top of the line too. Now, I no longer have to go on my roof to clean my gutters. Hurrah!!“

“Due to a pesky squirrel that was nesting beneath our roofing tiles, we reached out a few roofing companies to give us a quote on lifting the tiles, identifying and repairing any damage, and reinstalling the titles. “I contacted S'Top Roofing Co. about having some repairs done and received a prompt reply. The owner of the company came out to inspect our roof, we received a quote with estimates and repairs were scheduled for the following week! The crew arrived on time and repaired the roofing on a small bump-out section of our house; they adjusted the slope for proper water drainage as well. They also replaced a significant amount of rotted wood with new shingles. On our main roof, they sealed all exposed nails and around multiple flashings. They did quality work and we were able to get this all done before the rainy season! “40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. “Work to replace woodrotten T11 wall siding was done timely and within budget. Accomodations were made to do additional minor necessary work not originally in contract. Major damage that occurred during construction were fixed. Only caveat is that if there were any woodrot underneath the T11 wall siding, they will not check for it. Need to hire someone else to check this before they proceed with installing the new T11 wall siding next time.“
