Called the store looking to schedule a grooming appointment for my pup. They were able to accommodate me same day. Nataly took my pup in and her customer service was stellar! From the moment I walked in to drop her off to when I picked my pup up, she was so friendly and helpful. Definitely worth taking my pup back for another groom is appointment.

I have been taking my dog (schnoodle) here for 3 years and never had any problems. The groomers were always very friendly, and always expressed how they liked my dog. But this last time i took my dog, everything seemed fine as always, except the next day he kept scratching and whining and his skin was turning red and I seen rashes all over his body. Then I started noticing fleas! He is severely allergic to the flea bites, so I gave him a flea bath with Dawn dish soap. There were so many fleas falling off him. The groomers name was Amanda. brought in my moms severely matted dog for a summer shave down. this was her first time so i figured she would be a little nervous but my groomer today took such good care of us!!! she was very thorough and patient with my pup. thank you alexus!!!!!
