“Overall; good experience, Emanual and all the servpro workers are good mannered, helpful and hard working and consistent .The project was done within 2 months for bathroom fire & smoke and water damage and for adjacent rooms repair. They did a beautiful jobs with the shower, floor tiles vanity ,plumbing ect. Also I'm happy with installation of the cabinets and LVP flooring.
There were a few kinks here and there; Wish there was more time and communication when certain things would be done so I did not have to bother them. But whenever I voiced concerns, Emmanual was able to deal the problems efficiently with a smile.

“I would recommend Allen and Andreas to anyone looking into moisture and mold issues. They were frank in their assessment and told me I didn’t have any moisture problems.

Allen and Andreas were honest and communicative with all my concerns. They inspected free of charge and gave me instructions on maintaining humidity levels. They were careful in their assessment and explained things simply to me in layman’s terms.

I gave a call to ServPro in the morning due to moisture and water intrusion concerns. Allen said he’ll come by and check it out that same day in a few hours. He arrived on time with Andreas and searched the exterior for any water intrusion along my windows. Seeing no issues, he said let’s check the inside.

They put on blue plastic boot covers before coming in. He screened every single window we requested on the top, side, and bottom for any moisture incursion from the outside or inside. Finding none he stated there was no issue he could see with our windows or walls. He said a simple dehumidifier would resolve the issues we were having. He responded to all concerns and displayed how his instrument worked for detecting moisture. After the inspection, he told us what signs we would see if there was water or mold damage. He mentioned that a 24/7 leak would have been sensed by the city due to most houses having smart sensors on the water meter in the street.

Overall I had an extremely satisfying experience with Allen and Andreas. 10/10.“

We reached out to Cendecon who picked up the phone late at night, and sent Ethan to our home who immediately assessed the situation and set up all of the huge fans to suction out and evaporate the excess moisture. “Quality Environmental did a great job removing the asbestos in our home in 2 floor areas (mastic glue under linoleum). They gave us the best quote of anyone we checked with. Conrad was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly as they came up. They started around 7am and were done by about 2:30pm. We did not stay in our house while it was being done (although we could of) so we do not know what was happening or how it looked, but when we came back it was all gone and felt great to have it out. A bonus was they demoed the floor on top and hauled it all away. I would recommend them for sure!“
