We had a water leak and Alberto Bravo and his team came out to our house the same day I contacted my insurance company. They were awesome! They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He explained everything that needed to be done. He was always available when I had any questions or concerns. And he helped make this process less stressful. We were very lucky to work with him, and you would be lucky to work with him too.
Water was under my house, I called my insurance and they recommended Rytech. They said someone would be calling within an hour. I was still on the phone with insurance when they called. They came with a crew in hazmats ready to crawl under there that same day, inspected and got right to work. They did a thorough job remediating the water. Removing all of the insulation, mucking out and replacing with sand and lime,. They placed fans under and taped down the extension cords in our house. Chris Bello and Alberto Bravo from Rytech of Southwest LA were prompt, helpful, and courteous. They actually arrived the same day I called my insurance company to start the claim and get help. They explained everything clearly and got to work immediately. Liberty Mutual, my insurance provider, sent them out and covered the costs — great value and incredibly professional service all around.
