“Twice a year American Dream Services performs preventive maintenance on my home HVAC & the unit on my rental house. There’s been a few times when I’ve had to upgrade or replace a part that worn down over time. It’s so nice to have this done during the regularly scheduled maintenance times or near that time if a part needs to be ordered first. Although it’s possible something can break at anytime but knowing that during the season of heat or cold my system has been checked and is running well gives me peace of mind.I’ve been using American Dream Service for my HVAC needs for at least the last three or four years, the relationship has been great. “This is the BEST air conditioning company EVER!! I have never used anyone else as they were recommended to me years ago and I understand why. My air conditioner wasn't working real well last night 6/13 - not horrible but it was warmer than I like - called the next morning. They got someone - a great guy - Juan - out in the afternoon - they was honest and said it may not be until Thursday morning - I even thought that was great..but they came Wednesday afternoon - here less than 30 minutes and voila it works - just the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“It's never pleasant to find yourself in the middle of a 108 degree Bakersfield summer day with a suddenly not working AC unit, but that's exactly what happened to me last week. My ancient AC unit needed full replacement, so I did my due diligence and started calling around to get bids from different companies (while sweating profusely).Right out the gate, Julio was absolutely awesome. He not only answered after hours, but he took the time to explain different questions I should be asking all of the contractors to make sure I'm getting the best warranty possible and the most complete service. That alone was above and beyond-- he didn't have to do that, but it goes to show that not only is he about educating and empowering consumers. . . but that he also knows his product and service is incredible enough to stand up to that level of scrutiny.After getting multiple bids from different highly ranked companies around the town, Great Dane HVAC provided the best warranty by a mile (literally about double the length of what many others were offering across multiple categories), but his quote was also very reasonable (and beat many of the competitors who were offering smaller units with less warranty for $2000+ more).All along the way, communication with Julio was awesome-- whether via calls, texts, or in person, Julio communicated everything promptly and was just generally awesome.Julio is awesome and I can't recommend Great Dane HVAC enough.
