Being a new monarch refugee I needed a company to service my hvac and one that would return my calls.....and found these guys ?Wow what a price difference with Greer's! I paid a ¼ of what monarch wanted for the same service!I called for a hvac service and within a hour of my call they showed up at my house and took care of what my hvac needed.Jr. was super nice and knowledgeable too. Next time I need something serviced or just the summer or winter inspection, these guys are 1st on my list.I've already recommended Greer's to some friends and family.

Our A/C went out on the same morning that a pipe sprang a leak at home. With most contractors putting us off for hours or even days when we called for "emergency" service, Greer's rearranged their day a bit to work us in promptly. Jessica was empathetic and responsive over the phone, and Michael did fast, crackerjack work fixing our A/C unit and clearing a clog in its drain pipe (even without water, which we had to turn off to control the heavy leak).
