Very impressed with technician, Josh Lopez. Knowledgeable, charismatic, enthusiastic. He took pictures of every problem, explained everything thoroughly and safety was always a high priority.
On Tuesday evening we realized our AC was going out. I called Gundlach's first thing Wednesday and was preparing to be told that they couldn't make it out for 1-2 days (it's the middle of summer in Bakersfield so I figured they'd be very busy!). Margarita answered my call and quickly took my info and told me she could have someone out between 12-3 same day! Joshua was our service tech and was communitive, professional, and knowledgeable. When our service call escalated from fixing it to replacing it, he walked us through all of the options for a new system.
