“Our AC was working fine and about 7pm on Saturday it started just blowing warm air. After about 1 hour the temperature rose to 83 degrees from 77 degrees. Checked Google for AC service and found Power and Performance. Read some reviews and was impressed. I called them and they said they could come out to check our unit. Being that it was night time I asked if we could arrange it for Sunday. They said they could and arranged for 2pm Sunday service call.
Justin called before 2pm on Sunday to say he was on the way. He arrived within 20 minutes and was on the roof in less than 10 minutes. He explained the problem and he wanted to replace a calibrator before he did other troubleshooting. He replaced the old one, installed and ran tests on how much power it was using. He cooled the fan unit with the water hose and tested the unit. He was the most precise and efficient technician I have seen in 15 years having the AC unit. He showed me the pictures he took of the other components he tested and all were in good condition. His explanation for what caused the problem and he fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was amazing and was leaving within 1 hour. He wasted no time and we are completely satisfied with the service. Prices were excellent and reasonable. I have found my new HVAC service company.
