Twice a year American Dream Services performs preventive maintenance on my home HVAC & the unit on my rental house. There’s been a few times when I’ve had to upgrade or replace a part that worn down over time. It’s so nice to have this done during the regularly scheduled maintenance times or near that time if a part needs to be ordered first. Although it’s possible something can break at anytime but knowing that during the season of heat or cold my system has been checked and is running well gives me peace of mind.I’ve been using American Dream Service for my HVAC needs for at least the last three or four years, the relationship has been great. With 4th of July a few days away and during a major heat wave, our air conditioner decided to stop working. I called on a Saturday around 7pm and was so shocked they answered. They were able to fit us into their schedule only two days later and BEFORE 4th of July which I was thrilled about. Zachary Camp was our technician and he showed up early during our scheduled time frame. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. He had the part we needed on hand and fixed the issue very quickly without it costing and arm and a leg.
