The previous system was not only broken, but also never sufficient when it was previously operating. Mr. Hudson was able to come up with a creative solution at a competitive cost that would work for our home. He was patient and responsive and had no problems answering all of my questions. The units were installed just before the holiday weekend, and his techs stayed late just to insure we would have cooling over the long weekend. There was even communication over the weekend to ensure that it was operating smoothly. The installers were respectful, professional, and took care to clean up after installing. The new AC works wonderfully. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process.“
