It was a great office; they explained what my insurance covered and what I could order. My son and I felt the eye exam was comprehensive, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.
I have been coming to Paramount family optometry off and in for years. The service is very good. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable with most insurance. But, I would suggest they obtain better style frames for low income insured customers.
I have been going to this office for over 10 years and will continue to receive my optometry services at this particular office only. Dr. Merino, Dr. Lim and staff always provide excellent service. The staff is professional, provide great customer service and ensure to take their time to answer your questions. Ofelia, Cynthia, Lucia and Kimberly, along with everyone, are always super helpful. They have the latest equipment to make your experience enjoyable and efficient. Highly recommend Paramount Family Optometry.
