I’ve been wanting to remodel my old home from the 1950s for some years now. I wanted to keep some vintage elements but it just needs to be more modern. After speaking with different companies and contractors, I quickly realized that the scope and details of the project required a true professional.
I met Michael in March and, after a few meetings, blueprints, and design discussions, it became a no-brainer to work with him. He is the perfect example of professionalism and great taste. We hired Precise Remodeling and Design to convert our detached garage into an ADU, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Michael really helped bring our vision to life, and the whole process, from the design phase to the final details, was smooth and straightforward.

We’re in the middle of planning and have been working closely with Michael and his architect for the past 7 months for the blueprint and design phase of our entire home. Honestly, we’re so glad we chose to involve him from the very beginning. Instead of hiring an architect on our own, bringing Michael in early was one of the best decisions we made. He’s brought so much technical expertise to the table, helping us avoid unnecessary costs and guiding us through every step with a clear, practical perspective. On top of that, he’s contributed some really creative ideas that not only saved us money but improved the overall design of our future home. We genuinely felt… read full review
