During the winter months most HVAC companies are days behind schedule. He was able to get a technician out to the house within eight hours. Victor showed up at exactly the time promise. He was very polite and went right to work. Fortunately it was not a major issue, however, he quickly identified the problem and had the heater up and running within 20 minutes. The unit is approximately 25 years old and I'm sure it is on its last run. This is the first time in all the years that I did not have a technician try to sell me a brand new unit.
