“We hired Solid Construction to perform a major repair to our home's garage. They did a great job, and we would hire them again.

We needed a complete roof rebuild, including new trusses, tile roofing, exterior stucco and painting, interior drywall and texturing, and lighting.

As with any project, there were a few unavoidable delays (e.g., permit issuance delay from the city, weather, etc.) and a couple minor issues along the way, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and we're pleased with the results.“

“We shopped MSI recently looking for granite for a kitchen remodel. We shopped there mostly looking for a plan B when another vendor closer to us was having some uncertainty about having the number of slabs of our first choice granite that we expect to need for our project. Kansi helped us and was super helpful and friendly. They have some really unusual granite and quartzite products we had seen nowhere else. They sell wholesale to fabricators so would not give us any price information to us directly, but our contractor was able to determine if a specific product fell within our budget allowance once we picked a product. The website has a very nice tool to visualize many of their products in your room. We did not buy from MSI as the closer vendor was able to get our first choice product in sufficient quantity. However, we would definitely consider MSI for future work. They also carry some prefabricated products if a project does not need a full slab, which apparently can keep costs down when project parameters are appropriate for that. Thanks to Kansi for her efficient and friendly help.“

“I have worked with JKS Tile for a few years now. If you need kitchen floor tile or bathroom shower tile installed in a remodel or a new construction home I would highly recommend them. They install porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and natural stone and truly care about the quality of their work. Jerry and his crew do a great job.“

“We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“
