We shopped MSI recently looking for granite for a kitchen remodel. We shopped there mostly looking for a plan B when another vendor closer to us was having some uncertainty about having the number of slabs of our first choice granite that we expect to need for our project. Kansi helped us and was super helpful and friendly. They have some really unusual granite and quartzite products we had seen nowhere else. They sell wholesale to fabricators so would not give us any price information to us directly, but our contractor was able to determine if a specific product fell within our budget allowance once we picked a product. The website has a very nice tool to visualize many of their products in your room. We did not buy from MSI as the closer vendor was able to get our first choice product in sufficient quantity. However, we would definitely consider MSI for future work. They also carry some prefabricated products if a project does not need a full slab, which apparently can keep costs down when project parameters are appropriate for that. Thanks to Kansi for her efficient and friendly help.

We loved visiting this location. Scott helped us right away to get oriented and directed towards the materials we wanted to see. Dee helped us order samples and showed us the visualizer which will allow us to use a photo of the part of our house we want to change and use the visualizer to see how our new products can look. Thank you all!

Our cabinet contractor had us go to MSI to pick out a countertop for our bathroom vanity. The MSI showroom is beautiful and warehouse where the quartz countertop samples are stored is also very clean and organized. The office people were very helpful too. Found 3 different in-stock countertop choices with no difficulty. Very impressed.
