John and team did a fantastic job of refinishing our old hard wood floors, they look like they are new. John was great to communicate with, finished ahead of schedule and also installed our new base boards. Very satisfied!

Our original 1906 wood floors were in horrible shape. We had six different quotes and felt by far the most confident with moving forward with John. John knew the most about our floors, used a testing kit right on the spot, was very clear about what needed to be done, and offered a reasonable quote. He was very responsive and great with communication not just with us, but with other contractors working on our house. He is honest and a great guy to work with. The floors turned out gorgeous, we are so thankful we found Against the Grain Flooring!
