“Everyone at CALCOMS was helpful, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Owner Mike was able to come out same-day to quote repair for a nearly 40-year-old Trane Executive A/C. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our (many) questions. The repair quote was reasonable, but newer units are so much more efficient that we also asked for replacement quotes. We decided on a new systemwhich was installed in less than a week! Mike also came back after a few weeks to make sure everything was working as expected and to address any follow-up questions. “After purchasing a home in North Tustin, we realized we needed to replace both the furnaces and the AC condensers, along with all the ducting, etc., which is not a small or inexpensive job, so we contacted several HVAC companies in the area to come out and give us estimates. Aaron with Caliber Heating & AC provided a detailed estimate and took the time to walk me through the specific details of the work that had to be done, along with some of the optional items (electronic air filters, ducting, condenser sizes, etc.). The full installation took two days, but Aaron came back a week later to help install one of the thermostats that we'd ordered online that was backordered.
