He offered me 2 different quotes with all the details on email and made the process so easy. Guys came the next day and at the end of the day we had our ac working again. Great experience with Next Level H&C (NLHC)! Our AC failed to push out cold air on a Friday evening during a heat wave. Called 'big names' Sat morning and closest appointments weren't until Monday! Unacceptable! Thankfully Jose from NLHC answered and told us he had a spot that afternoon. He arrived even earlier when he finished a previous job early. I feared the worst our >10yo AC (full replacement). But he quickly diagnosed it as only a blown capacitor. We added an optional Hard Start Kit to deter this happening again. He finished the repair in under half an hour! It's working great now! He also has a warranty on his work. Great service! Highly recommend!
