Scott is an excellent plumber and provided truly top-notch service. He came highly recommended by **Styles Bath & Kitchen**, and it was clear right away why they trust his work. From the first call to the completed job, Scott was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable.

He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and efficiently repaired our **Hansgrohe faucet** with great attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. He also kept the workspace clean and treated our home with care.

We needed a few things worked on, replace leaky hot water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink, adjustment to the kitchen sink drain so that it would not come apart (and leak), and adjustments to faucets/drains which were out of line and didn't plug correctly in our master bath. Scott fixed all of these things and also found another small leak which he fixed. He also made the space under our kitchen sink look tidier by making sure the hoses and wiring under the sink were not in a jumbled mess. Overall, Scott is very personable and explains clearly what he's done, and even advises how we could do some small things ourselves.

All I can say is Wow! I woke up to no hot water so called Plumbing Plus. Great reviews and now I understand why. He answered the phone right away, immediately walked me through removing the water filter at the bottom of my tankless heater. Cleaned and replace and all works! Wow - great save to another holiday weekend. Thank you!
