My tub had a pretty bad clog for over a week, building maintanance wasn’t able to clear it so it was escalated to roto-rooter. They came around 6 and stayed until the job was done!! He worked very hard and diligently. I live on the 2nd/3rd floor and it was a few rounds of bringing heavy machines up and down the stairs. And the bonus, it was all done with respect to my carpets and home, it was very clean no tracking dirty boots. I am so very grateful.
