I've had some trouble with hair people lately. I have had to bounce around to new places. Now my hair person is on paternity leave and recommended me to this place. I came in early and they were able to take me early. I met Tony. He was very kind and I appreciated that when I couldn't find the hair photo I was looking for in my phone he told me to take my time. No rush. He asked the basic polite questions but also let me rest quietly while he did his work which I needed because I was so exhausted. He seemed like he knew what he was doing.... And his hands fluttered so softly through my hair that I could barely feel it. He was so gentle. It seemed like it was over in 10 minutes and I got exactly what I wanted. My hair is just like the photo without any guff or strange comments. No sales tactics. Just kindness and I walked out feeling like myself..but also like a hair model. ?

Thank you to the blue haired person who very clearly showed me my receipt and what was happening there.

My only suggestion would be to add a little head massage during the hair washing ?

She is super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away by asking what problem areas I was hoping to work on. She explains what will help with my concerns and is encouraging without making me feel scolded about my admittedly bad skincare habits. The treatment was really thorough (she asked about ALL the products I use - including my hair care!) and relaxing (I fell asleep during the red light therapy). She took the time to answer my questions and we even talked about some trendy skin care products/gadgets (she was down to earth about them and I really trusted her knowledge when it came to knowing what was -and wasn't- worth the expense and effort).
