We had a lead in the main supply pipe from the city to our house. We reached out to Mr. Rooter, they dispatched Harnjeet on the next day. Harnjeet was professional respectful and a detail assessment of the problem. The next day, we had Harjot the feild supervisor who made a more detailed investigation to assess the source of the leak trying to minimize the unnecessary digging. The job was done in an efficient manner, every member of the team knew their task, savvy and kept the area clean in spite of the rain.
