We recently used R & B for plumbing work at our home, and we were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and quality of work.
Sam initially came in to work on the mains water line and did very clean, careful, and tidy work. While on site, he also identified an additional concern with our water heater setup and recommended that their Technical Manager, Malcolm, take a look.
Malcolm provided clear, practical, and very helpful technical guidance. He explained the situation in plain terms and helped us understand the available options and recommended approach.
Hasem carried out the resulting work, and we were extremely satisfied with his workmanship as well. He handled a challenging job with care and good judgment, kept us closely informed throughout, and completed the work neatly and precisely.

Very pricy for the service. Quoted ~300 for changing wax ring on toilet, ended up being $527 for wax ring change.
