From the moment we started, Lisa made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all of my questions with patience, and created a plan tailored to my main concern, stubborn hyperpigmentation. Rather than offering a one size fits all approach, she walked me through exactly how each treatment would work together and what I could realistically expect.

The facial itself was incredible. Every step, from the chemical peel to the mask, felt intentional, but the facial, neck, and shoulder massage was on another level. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep, which says everything about how calming the experience was.

What really stood out was the care Lisa took after the treatment. She reviewed every product she had used, recommended a skincare routine specific to my skin, and explained the science behind each recommendation in such a clear, approachable way. “Absolutely loved my experience at Greenfield Spa! The environment is clean, calming, and beautifully set up — from the soothing music to the relaxing aromatherapy scents. I had a meridian massage and the therapist was incredibly professional, with just the right amount of pressure. I felt so much lighter and more refreshed afterwards. “I have been coming to Nicole regularly for shellac manicures for more than a year now, she's always taken extra care to do a quality job on the nails and it really shows. I've been to many nail salons, a lot of them just find all sorts of ways to get as much money out of you as possible and from they way they provide service they can't wait to get you out the door to get the next client. With Nicole she's not like that at all, I can tell she takes pride in what she does. My nails last a long time if I'm not aggressive with them while cleaning etc. I also really enjoy chatting with her, she's very sweet and has a good heart. The nail salon is very petite and modest, but if you care about getting good value for good results more than anything then it's more than worth a try!“

I haven't had their pedicures but I've heard from knowledgeable sources that they do one of the best pedicures around. I have had waxing done and I absolutely recommend their waxing services. I never felt overly self-conscious, especially considering the area I was having waxed. They were very good about making me feel comfortable and that I didn't feel any unnecessary pain. Also, throughout the experience, I never felt any pressure to buy products of any kind from them. My only complaint is that occasionally, it seems reception isn't quite sure what they're doing and/or they're not sure how long to book appointments for, as they seem to run late-ish.“
