I am surprised with the result that after the second treatment, I didn't have to shave my underarm at all!The machine is very efficient and Moji definitely knows what she is doing. “I bought a Groupon based on a recommendation from a friend. The price for service was about half the regular spa price. The service, and spa relaxed atmosphere was great. I got free parking out front. I was the only person booked, so it was safe during Covid. I did not know from the Groupon that a full facial was included with the treatment. What a terrific suprize. Moji has been in business for over 20 years on the North Shore. Her experience really showed. I highly recommend Deja Vu for a wonderful experience at a great value.“
“I recently spent two nights at Seaside Hotel on a leisurely drive from Seattle to Tofino. I usually stay downtown or on the Westside, but North Vancouver was a wonderful surprise. I was traveling with my dog Stanley and the residential neighborhood and shipyard pier was truly perfect for walking. The hotel is well located whether you are traveling with a car or not. It’s an easy drive across the bridge to Stanley Park and Vancouver proper. I purchased a parking package and the garage in the building is very convenient with an elevator directly into the hotel. First impressions matter and I was greeted by a welcoming valet Zack. Every staff member is friendly, from the desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. I loved my corner room facing the city. It was open and light with floor to ceiling windows. The decor is modern and peaceful, and the spacious bathroom with its soaking tub was a balm after long walks. I had one delicious meal in the restaurant and I was graciously accommodated for dietary restrictions. The Seaside is my new go-to and favorite hotel when in Vancouver and it’s a great value.“
