Absolutely, positively, fantastically stellar. I've had nothing but the best of experiences here, and have been shown nothing but pure kindness and acceptance. So far I've gone in for facial and chest hair removal, and the treatment I've gotten has been nothing short of magical. I'm non-binary, and while I've been out socially for years now, this has been my first step towards physically transitioning. Every step of the way was clearly communicated and explained to help calm my nerves (not just the process, but the science behind it too), scheduling is a quick and simple affair, I could go on.
