He didn't try and upsell, which was lovely! He navigated between the siblings who had slightly different ideas of what we wanted, and got us to a compromise. The preparation of our parent was amazing. If you're interested in a viewing it was incredibly lifelike and a real honor to her life-long beauty. Overall as oleasant an experience as one could hope at such a horrible time! They also prepared the letters for Service Canada and that saved time. They offer counseling for a period after the death. I have an access that but it was great to have it offered. Highly recommend“
