We received quality and professional services for drawings from the structural engineers at Access Engineering. My initial concern was our 1500 sq ft ICF custom house project was too small to be accepted by such a reputable engineering firm, but our experience proved otherwise. When I completed the contact form on Access Engineering website, I received a very timely response from a lead engineer acknowledging my request. From that moment they have proven top-notch customer service. We felt valued and appreciated. They have addressed important details for our project and asked necessary questions that are straightforward and to the point. Their expertise and knowledge are demonstrated through their work. We felt their costs were fair for the services provided.
My advice is, if you are building a custom home, set yourself up for success by setting aside a lot of time into your project plan for the development of your house plans. It is just naturally a long process. Thank you, Access Engineering!
I had a very good experience with Lucas and Armoured Electrical. I originally called because my dryer repair person noticed overheating on my dryer cord and plug in. As I was someone who had very little knowledge of electrical services, Lucas was able to explain each step to me so I could easily understand what needed to be done. I had not had anyone look at my home's electrical for over 68 years. Lucas replaced the dryer cord and plug, replaced the main safety ground connection that was corroded, added smoke and carbon monoxide detection and fire extinguishers. I feel that my home is a safe place now. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
We were very pleased with our experience with Adrian! He was able to make it over to our house quickly and diagnose the issue in less than half an hour. He was able to source the part we needed and install it and complete the job in less than two hours. He was polite, pleasant to deal with and explained the issue clearly. Highly recommend! Very fair pricing as well.
Stuart did an inspection for me on short notice when I bought my home in 2022. It's been a great home and no unforeseen issues have come up that weren't mentioned in the report! Glad I got the inspection done.
Quick, efficient service and they did a great job at painting all the trim on my exterior windows/door frames.

We had them just finish installing all new triple pane windows (14) as well as window trim through out our home, it took a week to complete. There prices were very reasonable, they did an excellent job and were very professional, the crew was very polite, tidy and were willing to go that extra mile. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. If you are needing windows I highly recommend getting them to do the job.

Called Acme Janitorial Service in the early afternoon and desired to have some carpeting cleaned as soon as able. They were able to book me for the same day and only 5-hours later! I was thrilled with the gentlemen that came (Simraan), he was extremely professional and did a beyond expectations job. He also took the time to explain how the system worked to my 9-year old and was terrific in dealing with her and I. Worth noting, that the office person that took my call was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. It is my first, but certainly not my last experience with Acme. I highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Pepper Tree HAIR Studio. McKenzie (hopefully I'm spelling that correctly) was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The owner was very welcoming, talented (as she cut & styled my hair), and she was also very friendly. She was very attentive to my ideas and gladly gave perspective from her expertise when asked, so I ended up with a better haircut than I even pictured and explained ✨️?✨️ I don't cut my hair often, so I've not been there before, but it will definitely be my new go-to when I do get my hair cut or dyed. It was so clean, the lighting was beautiful and everyone was very positive! I highly recommend The Pepper Tree Hair Studio!!!!
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to skincare! They also carry amazing skin care products and perfumes. This business has been doing business for over 30 years so you know they are good at what they do. The spa is very clean!
Sue is basically a magician with hair. I have wavy hair and she did an outstanding job. It has been a long time since I've loved my hair so much.

I went to Studio Cuts in Prince George for a haircut and I’m honestly so happy with the result! The stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure the length and style suited my face. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon was clean, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I walked out feeling confident and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

The last three haircuts I've had from Cassie have been amazing! I leave the salon feeling refreshed, happy, and also a little sad that it is over because time flies by so fast. She's hilarious! Love that she listens to what I want, and offers advice. She has my full trust! ❤️

Luis is amazing, he always takes great care of me. He always has a big smile on his face. His hair cuts, shaves and hair removal from my nose and ears are top notch. He's my go to barber every three weeks.

Great little salon with a lot of staff! Prices are very reasonable. Only drawback is that you can't prebook a particular attendant. Some have more experience than others so it would be an advantage. ? For example, I have gel based nails and not all can do them correctly. First time was an ok job. Second time was a great job! Two different workers. I would still return though. They definitely get you in/get you out in the hour allowed! LoL!

I always highly recommend Amanda at Blush Hair Lounge to friends and family because her services are incredible! I’ve been seeing her for many years and she consistently cuts/colours my long brunette hair exactly how I describe and envision. Her salon is gorgeous, impeccably clean, and it’s always a pleasure to visit! Mayfair consistently works hard at completing the job on time, has great communication, very friendly staff, and will go above and beyond to help with any emergency issues. I have had my hot water on demand replaced, numerous plumbing issues, and maintenance done with Mayfair. I am very satisfied with the results.
These guys answered the phone after hours and gave me some great advice to save a few bucks, then showed up bright and early the next morning to get my water back on. Real MVP's in my opinion.

We had a unique situation of a rodent infestation in the ceiling of a new-to-us home. Finding someone both affordable and willing was a challenge, but after reaching out to countless different companies a friend suggested I try High Tech. As it turned out they were hands down the best company for us. We agreed that since this wasn’t as critical a job as say a flood or fire, I left it in their hands… a job to do when their time allowed, and trusting they wouldn’t leave me in the dust. Not only did the manager Randie remain in good communication throughout the entire waiting period, but they were also fairly quick with a rough estimate. Having to budget for other jobs, I definitely appreciated this. Once on site the job was slightly bigger than anticipated, but the staff did a FANTASTIC job, were quick and efficient, extremely clean AND the management team remained fair to their original quote. This is a company I would hire over and over again. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Spoke to them on the phone about potentially updating the flooring on my stairs and basement. I caught him at a time when they were updating their information, but he was so polite and accommodating and did his best to get the information I needed! Kb auto is one of the better automotive shops in town unlike kal tire kb auto has never fixed one thing and then broken another they've never argued with me or told me to go pound sand which kal tire certainly has I definitely recommend kb auto

I would like to say that mainline has been purely professional. I had a leak outside my house. Not the best time to have that but got a hold of them and they got the city to shut off the main and they hooked up a heated hose from my neighbors. That said they would get to it early January. They were super to deal with from start to finish. The people they sent out were excellent and efficient. I now have water and the excavator guy said to touch base in the spring as they had to dig up the yard Did a great job of making my yard as good as they could at this time of year. Super happy of the job they did
We had a tree fall in our backyard so we were worried the other tree would fall as well and wanted it cut down. It was a Sunday but they answered and came out to look at the situation and give us a quote. The next day they came and cut down the other tree for us. They were very kind, efficient, knowledgeable and honest! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will use them in the future if needed!
We just had a large tree remove and all I can say is these folks are amazing. We got a quote on Friday and by mid week tree was down, yard was cleaned up and wood was cut and stacked in our drive way. These folks are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal. Bev. 5 stars.

Had a great experience today at the Sprucland location. The assistant / hygienist can’t remember her name was super friendly with a good sense of humour. When the dentist came in was super informative with a friendly personality as well his name was Jasper. Very clean comfortable. Front desk lady’s were cool too.

I recently moved to town with my senior dog. Birchwood was amazing with helping with the end of life things. I missed my furry friend and decided go adopt a puppy. He is amazing the first day and but had contacted parvo. He rapidly became very ill. Once again Birchwood stepped up and between them and the Humane Society my little guy received top notch care. He is on day two of his recovery and is starting to show signs of his sweet, goofy nature again. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Birchwood even though they have been a part of some of my hardest days. Fabulous team ❤️
Massive thank you to the entire staff at this vet clinic. Christmas week and another vet referred us to Vancouver. We almost risked our lives to go but we messaged this clinic and they replied right when they opened and got him in for an emergency operation on stones.. They saved his life and possibly ours too as we found out there was an accident on the route we were going to take and that could of been our entire family. its still a long road ahead with healing but the fact they took the time and tried and did save him means more to us then anything. From the bottom of our hearts Thank you all Jack and us are forever greatful !

I only became aware of this when experiencing Sam's incredibly vigorous massage (I'm almost certain she's doing hand gymnastics on her lunch break). I've always enjoyed a facial but not truly observed such a notable difference, however, I would go for the facial massage ALONE. Thanks so much! You may be my new best Girlfriend (lol)
